1. Sponsor
DigitalU LLC, El Segundo, California, USA ("Sponsor"). This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple Inc. or Google LLC.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years or older at the time of entry (19 or older in Alabama and Nebraska; 21 or older in Mississippi). Employees, contractors and immediate family or household members of the Sponsor, anyone who resolves markets, and house accounts are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Contest period
October 12, 2026 12:00 AM to October 19, 2026 12:00 AM (America/Los_Angeles).
4. How to enter
No purchase necessary. Create a free account and trade play points on markets that resolve during the contest period. Play points have no cash value and cannot be bought.
5. Scoring
Score equals realized play-point profit on markets that resolve inside the contest period, counting all trades in those markets. Participants must trade at least 10 distinct resolved markets. Ties are broken by more distinct resolved markets traded, then by earlier account creation.
6. Prizes
- Rank 1: A custom AI avatar of yourself (approximate retail value $49.00)
- Ranks 2 to 3: A $25 gift card (approximate retail value $25.00 each)
Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $99.00. Prizes are not transferable and have no cash alternative except at Sponsor's discretion.
7. Winner notification and claim
Potential winners are notified in-app and by email within 7 days of finalization and must complete the claim, including identity verification and an affidavit of eligibility, within 14 days or the prize is forfeited.
8. Taxes
Winners are responsible for all taxes. US winners of prizes at or above the IRS reporting threshold must provide a completed tax form before fulfillment.
9. Publicity
Winners may optionally consent to publication of their handle or first name and state. Without consent, winners are announced as "Player from [State]".
10. Integrity
Sponsor may disqualify any participant for fraud, collusion, multiple accounts, or violation of the Terms. Flagged winners are reviewed manually before any prize is awarded.
11. General
Sponsor may cancel or modify the contest for technical failure or fraud. Sponsor's liability is limited to the stated prizes. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of California and resolved in Los Angeles County.
12. Winners list
Request the winners list by emailing [email protected] within 60 days of the contest end.
13. Privacy
